28 Nov Learning about our impact in the schools

We are about to finish the school year in Nicaragua, therefore we recently reviewed the impact of the Digital Seeds Program in the schools. During three weeks we evaluated the First, Second and Third graders in all 15 schools located in Jinotega, Matagalpa, Nueva Segovia and Madriz.

For us it is important to evaluate the impact of our programs: both on the use of technology in education, and how the human development processes working with the teachers improve the educational results of the children.

We apply internationally approved instruments, called EGRA (Early Grade Reading Assessment) and EGMA (Early Grade Math Assessment), that evaluate the reading fluency, comprehension, writing and math skills.
